Brian Wrigley is an experienced 18 year + profit growth specialist. He has worked with business of all sizes from start-ups to £8 Million+ turnover businesses and across many industries. Brian has business experience starting as a bank manager, then moving through sales management, project management and helping set up a support business, before spending the last 18 years running his own business. Having trained with the John Whitmore ‘Coaching for Performance” programme he understands the skill of coaching and it’s value to enabling you to get results. Brian has a passion for the numbers in your business. Making the positive ones grow and the negative ones recede. Knowing and managing all the numbers in your business helps you to gain control and make better decisions. He knows that knowledge of the numbers is powerful and lack of knowledge is just leaving decisions to chance.
Understanding the reality of being a business owner brings so many day to day challenges, Brian is on a mission to help ensure that business owners are still able to have a personal life and time with their family. That has been his inspiration and a key focus for him with his eldest child having many medical complications. Balancing improving your business, growing your profits, delivering a quality service, building a good performing team, plus other things with a life outside is not easy. He knows business owners are a special breed and deserve special rewards.
